Living with EDS
About EDS Ease: My Journey to Creating This Space
About Me
I'm a mum of two in my 40s, living with EDS in the UK. You'll spot content that speaks directly to this demographic - it's simply what I know best 🩷

Why This Website Exists
Living with EDS can feel incredibly isolating. Those challenging days when everything aches, brain fog clouds your thinking, and you're carefully managing your energy just to get through (what I call "treading water") - this website is a welcome lifeline.
It gives me something meaningful to focus on whilst connecting with others who truly understand this experience.
Every post, every shared tip, every moment of connection reminds me that none of us are alone in this.

What started as necessity is now purpose. Now I'm here to share what I've learned, celebrate small wins, and build a community where we support each other through the ups and downs of chronic life.

Because sometimes the best thing that comes from our struggles is the opportunity to help others through theirs.
